Suncharge Smart EV Carport is designed for outdoor parking lots to offer EV charging and a rooftop Solar Power generator. Solar EV Carport designs accommodate two EVs with charging bays covered by a Solar PV Rooftop with 10kW nameplate. The Carport includes all power and generation equipment, EV supply equipment (EVSE) and security systems. Shopping malls, multi-location EV fleet services; school and corporate campuses; and civic parking lots are primary customers for our Suncharge Smart EV Carports.

TERMS
F.O.B., Joseph, Oregon or Toronto Canada;
Discounts apply to multiple orders on same date for same customer;
Grid-tied connection for net-metering or feed-in tariff programs to be arranged by customer before installation;
Connection distance > 100 ft. (30 meters) to load centre or revenue meter will be charged an additional $8 per ft. (0.30 meter);
Payments: 50% deposit on contract sign date; 25% payment on materials delivery date; balance of 25% payment on installation and system operation date of EV Carport solar power plant & EV Charger.
Installation to be completed within 60 days from date of agreement.
Installation to comply with good workmanship standards.
Customer and Suncharge agree that force majure events will be resolved by extending timelines and milestones.
In the event that a force majure event precludes continuation of the installation the project will be subject to
insurance adjustment according to Suncharge's policy coverage limitation of 75% of costs incurred to date of the event.
